Care to share a special or unique story of kindness?
Do you have a someone special in your life whom you feel deserves a special Kindness Matters Award?
Or... has someone secretly won a SURPRISE Kindness Matters Award and the representative (nominator) asked YOU to submit a statement or testimony of that person's kindness?

The form below may be used for ANY stories of kindness that others wish to share, Kindness Matters Award nominations, or supporting statements and testimonies (for Kindness Matters Awards being presented) that confirm (as factual truth) an individual's reputation for doing wonderful Acts of Kindness.
